Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can adjust your plan at any time.
Is there a minimum contract?
No you can cancel anytime but we recommend a minimum of 3 months for Startup and Essential, due to the nature of property searches and negotiations — but this is flexible.

An off-market opportunity refers to a property which has not yet hit the market. These are typically sourced through our agent network, industry news, bank closures and insolvency events.

How much 1:1 advisor time is included?
A weekly half hour long session. This time can be used for pack reviews, offer drafting, negotiation guidance or general advice.
Do you negotiate with agents for me?
No. We guide you, review your work, and advise — but you stay in control.
